At Hat Heaven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your headwear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your hats back to our distribution center.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After we inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
